Description: New employees will assist machine operators in handling materials (moving, cutting, inspecting, packing, etc). With further training, including blueprinting reading instruction, employees will begin solo operation of equipment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
• Basic knowledge of Imperial/U.S measurements (Knowledge of the metric system a plus!)
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work as a part of a team

**This job involves physical labor. Employees work as a team to move large/heavy fabric panels. The role involves physical tasks such as bending, standing, working on the floor, handling large/heavy objects, talking, and hearing. Associates will occasionally be required to sit, stoop, kneel, or reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
